Hello everybody,I would like to inform you that on the last tuesday (1st of April) it was found a black-winged kite in Turkistan region.I'm new here, and I'm struggling to be able to record the observation, since this species is absent of the list.I believe that this observation, is quite relevant, could you let me know what is the historic of records for this species in Kazakhstan?I tried to download the pictures I don't know if it worked.
